Late publication of half-yearly report
NASDAQ OMX Copenhagen has given a reprimand to Green Wind Energy A/S as the company did not publish its half-yearly report within two months from the expiry of the reporting period, cf. rule 3.2.2 in Rules for issuers of shares.

In order to ensure more transparency about the decisions from the exchange, the exchange publish decisions concerning a reprimand or a fine, with the identity of the issuer. This is stated in Rules for issuers of shares on NASDAQ OMX Copenhagen, rule 5.
