Skanska’s Annual General Meeting (AGM), held on April 5, 2011 approved an extra dividend of SEK 6.25 per share. The Ex-date is May 10, 2011. NASDAQ OMX Derivatives Markets will carry out a re-calculation of options, forwards and futures in Skanska (SKAB).
