New CEO appointed in Trans Viking Offshore A/S

As earlier informed in a Press release dated March 31st 2011 a split of
the TransAtlantic group is being prepared in two separate organisations.
One part will develop the group's activities within Offshore/Icebreaking
under the company name TransViking. The headquarters and management will
be located in Copenhagen.

Christian W Berg has today been appointed CEO in TransViking. Christian
W Berg has a background as master mariner and has an extensive
experience from international offshore activities as well as experience
from the oil and gas industry.

Today, Christian W Berg is employed as marketing manager and is a part
of the Management Team within Siem Offshore AS in Norway.
