(TSX VENTURE:ROI) ("Route1" or the "Company"), a security and identity management company, today announced that pursuant to the news release issued on Friday, April 29, 2011, the Company has signed the blanket purchase agreement with the United States Department of the Interior, U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service ("FWS").

FWS has entered into a blanket purchase agreement with Route1 for delivery of up to 10,000 users, with the longer-term goal of adding users from other components of the United States Department of the Interior. The term of the blanket purchase agreement is five years from the date of the award, with the total value of the agreement valued at US$25 million.

Upon receipt of a first purchase order from FWS, Route1 will build a DEFIMNET identity and access management service delivery platform that will reside at a hosting facility approved by the United States Department of the Interior. Route1 expects the DEFIMNET platform to be built and receive accreditation by FWS during the third quarter, at which time FWS will be able to use the platform and the associated Route1 remote access application software, TruOFFICE. FWS will be using a combination of MobiKEY Classic devices and MobiKEY Fusion devices which leverage the smart card present in the government-issued Personal Identity Verification (PIV) card.
