NASDAQ OMX Riga Management Board on its meeting of May 2, 2011, applied surveillance status to AS “Latvijas kuģniecība”.
The NASDAQ OMX Riga Listing and Disclosure rules stipulate that NASDAQ OMX Riga may assign Surveillance status to an issuer on the occasions when it breaches terms and stipulations of NASDAQ OMX Riga Listing and Disclosure rules.
AS “Latvijas kuģniecība” has failed to submit its audited annual report for 2010 by the May 2, 2011.
The purpose of assigning surveillance status is to alert the market participants.
