At 26th April, 2011 occured the demands proceeding, submitted by shareholder and council member of JSC „Grobina”Janis Meijubers, against JSC “Grobina” about decision annulment of shareholders meeting convened at 23th of April year 2010, the part where censure to the chairman of the board is declared. Also about the demand against the board an council of the company. The proceeding was not compeleted and is postponed to 28th June, 2011.
