Johan Bygge joins EQT Partners

Johan Bygge, currently CFO, will leave Investor AB and the management
group to assume the position as Chief Operating Officer at the private
equity group EQT Partners. Johan Bygge's last day at Investor will be
May 17, 2011.

Lennart Johansson will be acting CFO until Susanne Ekblom, as previously
communicated, joins Investor on August 15, 2011. Johan Bygge will be
available to support Investor until Susanne Ekblom joins.
