Martin brings to TerraTherm more than 20 years of experience at leading companies in the industry, including Metcalf & Eddy (now part of AECOM), Groundwater Technologies, Inc. (GTI, now integrated within The Shaw Group), and Strata Management & Consulting, Inc., which she founded and operated for 7 years. Her long list of certifications includes Professional Geologist (PG) in several states, Certified Hazardous Material Manager (CHMM), Massachusetts Licensed Site Professional (LSP), and Certified Safety Professional (CSP). She is currently working toward becoming a Certified Industrial Hygienist (CIH). In addition to a B.S. in Geology, and an MBA, Martin is working toward an M.S. in Occupational Health & Safety Management.
