Real estate investment company Sponda Plc is the main partner of the Masters of Arts 2011 event organised in May 2011 by Aalto University. This year, the MoA festival will be organised in Salmisaarentalo in Helsinki. Owned by Sponda Plc, the building is a modern office environment in a traditional factory setting. The building, which was completed in 1940, is also known as Helsinki Court House.

The MoA festival provides a stage for Aalto University's new Master's Degree graduates to exhibit a wide range of theses including artworks, personal views, concepts and products. While the focus of the festival in previous years was on the works of Masters of Arts, this year's edition will also feature theses from Master's Degree recipients in Business and Economics as well as Technology.
The exhibition and the events organised in conjunction with it provide the new graduates with excellent opportunities to interact with society, prospective employers, the media and other influencers. Sponda relishes the opportunity to help the new Master's Degree graduates get started on the road to success by providing an ideal setting for this interaction.
The exhibition includes several theses featuring innovative solutions for spatial and urban planning. Among other things, the graduates demonstrate how a brand can be expressed through a corporate space, emphasise the significance of space in improving customer loyalty and employee commitment and highlight the planning of versatile buildings and a variety of spatial experiences.
These factors also play an important role in the property solutions Sponda offers to its customers.
