Loomis signs new three year loan facility

Loomis AB has signed a new three year loan facility, Multi-Currency
Revolving Credit Facility. The new facility matures in 2014 and amounts
to MUSD 100. It will be used for general corporate purposes.

Mandated Lead Arrangers and Bookrunners are Danske Bank, Nordea and SEB.

Nordea acted as Documentation Agent and Danske Bank is acting as
Facility Agent.
