Ron Warren to Retire; Ron Mogel Joins as New CFO


HOUSTON, TX--(Marketwire - May 18, 2011) - MicroSeismic Inc. announced today that Ron Warren is retiring from MicroSeismic, and named Ron Mogel as Chief Financial Officer. Warren will work closely with Mogel over the next several weeks to ensure a smooth transition, leaving the Company in June.

Mogel has more than twenty-five years of accounting and managerial experience in the domestic and international sectors.

Mogel holds an M.B.A. from the University of St. Thomas, is a graduate of the Loyola University School of Law and a member of the Louisiana State Bar. His undergraduate degree is from the University of New Orleans and he is a licensed C.P.A. in the State of Louisiana.
