The Articles of Association of BALTPOOL UAB, as amended after the increase of the authorised capital, were registered on 18 May 2011. On registration of the Articles of Association of BALTPOOL UAB, SC Klaipedos Nafta has completed acquisition of 156 627 (one hundred fifty-six thousand six hundred and twenty-seven) ordinary registered shares of BALTPOOL UAB of LTL of 1 (one) par value each and currently SC Klaipedos Nafta owns 33 per cent of BALTPOOL UAB shares and their voting rights at the General Shareholders‘ Meeting of BALTPOOL UAB.
