(PINKSHEETS: WSGF) (OTCQB: WSGF) today announced senior management and key stakeholders are meeting this week as part of a recently announced review underway to discuss strategic update considerations. The review and updates under consideration are focused on exploring the potential benefit of developing a parallel strategy to develop separate information technology and entertainment assets rather than continuing with a strategy of developing a single integrated information technology and entertainment asset. As part of the senior management and key stakeholders' meetings this week, the Company will be meeting with a technology service firm to explore the possibility of acquiring it in support of an effort to prioritize and accelerate the development of an information technology asset. World Series of Golf has developed a unique skill based method of play for land based and virtual games combining the rules of golf and Texas Hold'em Poker.
