VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwire - May 25, 2011) - Mr. David Patterson, Chairman of Knight Metals Ltd. (TSX VENTURE:KNP)(FRANKFURT:KRL), reports that the Company has, effective today, consolidated its issued and outstanding common shares on the basis of one post-consolidation common share for every 19 pre-consolidation common shares issued and outstanding.
In addition, the name of the Company has been changed from Knight Resources Ltd. to Knight Metals Ltd. The Company will continue trading on the TSX Venture Exchange under the symbol KNP.
