Mr. Fernandes has over 25 years of experience as a leading business innovator, management consultant and advisor to leading private enterprises worldwide. In addition to his work with private clients, Mr. Fernandes has worked with leaders of large federal, state and local agencies in the design and successful roll out of large scale transformation initiatives, most recently in the area of Health Care and Electronic Health Records. Previously, Mr. Fernandes was a Vice President and Director at Mercer Management Consulting Inc. (now Oliver Wyman), where he served as the managing partner of the firm's DC office. Mr. Fernandes was also a London-based principal with Booz, Allen & Hamilton Inc. (Commercial Sector, now Booz & Co.), where he led successful worldwide strategy and operations improvement initiatives for clients in various industries. Mr. Fernandes has a Bachelor's degree from Princeton University and a Master's degree from the George Washington University.
