Graham also provides us with very good training, technical support, processing, and on line diagnostics."

David Yenor, Vice President of Global Business Development at Graham, adds, "We are very pleased to count Mergon as yet another satisfied customer of Graham Engineering in the industrial blow molding market. Mergon continues to grow and succeed, and we are proud to be a part of that success in Europe and also in North America. We plan to remain a strategic supplier to Mergon well into the future."

Mergon Automotive specializes in the design, development, and production of technical plastic moldings for the automotive industry worldwide. From manufacturing facilities in Ireland, the USA, and the Czech Republic, Mergon Automotive supplies innovative, high quality molded plastic products. Their customer base currently includes both OEM customers and system suppliers to the automotive industry. Their applications include air ducts and intake systems, windshield washer systems, reservoir bottles and expansion tanks, fuel filler pipes, load carrier and trim parts, seating applications, spoilers, and small off-road engine fuel tanks.

GEC industrial machines are known for their fast color and material change capabilities and patented servo hydraulic actuated press with independent platen movement and position control. The independent system allows for varied mold closing centerlines and easy mold set ups when using blow pin operations. Color or material changes, which can require as much as 8-12 hours on many machines, can be accomplished in less than one hour on Graham machines, due to their unique and advanced flowhead design.
