Mr Youth Continues Strategic Growth Path With West Cost Expansion

New San Francisco Office to Be Led by Former Clorox Digital Exec Christa Patrylak and Youth Expert Tony McRoberts

NEW YORK, NY--(Marketwire - May 26, 2011) - Matt Britton, Founder and CEO of social marketing agency Mr Youth (www.mryouth.com), announced today that the agency is expanding to the West Coast with the launch of a San Francisco office. The West Coast team will be led by former Clorox digital marketing exec Christa Patrylak, who takes on the role of Senior Director, Brand Development Strategist, and Tony McRoberts, appointed Senior Director of Brand Development. Patrylak and McRoberts will be responsible for building Mr Youth's West Coast presence and strengthening relationships with existing San Francisco-based clients including Symantec, Gap Inc, HP and Clorox, as well as Nike (Portland) and Microsoft (Seattle).

"Having a West Coast presence is a huge strategic growth opportunity for us," said Britton. "San Francisco is such a cultural hotbed of innovation and technology -- being on the doorstep of our key SF-based clients will allow us to operate more efficiently, and establishes the agency as a true strategic partner, providing proactive thought leadership and value-add opportunities to help grow our client's business."

Christa Patrylak
A digital and social media thought leader with ten years of experience, Patrylak joins Mr Youth from Clorox, where she spent more than two years as Digital Marketing Manager, leading digital and social media strategy, creative development and measurement for Green Works. Prior to Clorox, Patrylak was Senior Strategist/Account Planner at Dare Digital in London, where she was responsible for guiding creative development and digital strategy for Sony Europe and UK (BRAVIA, Blu‐ray and Digital Imaging), BMW and Barclaycard. She's also held strategy positions at CHI and Partners (London) and AKQA (San Francisco). She started her career at Paramount Pictures (LA) as Interactive Media Manager.

Commenting on her new role, Patrylak said: "I am very much looking forward to playing a key role in the development of Mr Youth's West Coast operations, specifically helping to shape the digital and social ecosystem of our clients' brands to meet business goals. I thrive on big challenges and flourish in fast‐paced environments, so this is the perfect job for me. I can't wait for the many exciting opportunities that lie ahead."

Tony McRoberts
McRoberts comes to Mr Youth from youth marketing and experiential agency Hadley Media where, as Managing Director, he established a West Coast presence for the agency and led strategy and client relationships with blue chip clients such FX Networks, Cirque du Soleil, Food Network, Ubisoft, Cartoon Network, Scion and TiVo.

"Joining Mr Youth was an easy decision," said McRoberts. "The agency's innovative vision, innate understanding of social media and digital, and its collaborative culture are unparalleled. I look forward to helping expand the geographic footprint of Mr Youth's capabilities, while fostering strong relationships with existing and future clients."

Under the leadership of recently appointed Chief Talent Office Helene De Vries, Mr Youth is in the process of recruiting and cultivating talent that will support Patrylak and McRoberts in the San Francisco office.
