VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwire - May 26, 2011) - Nautilus Minerals (TSX:NUS)(AIM:NUS) is to hold its 2011 Annual General Meeting in Toronto, Ontario, on July 26.

The meeting will be held at the TMX Broadcast Centre Gallery, at 130 King Street West, Toronto, at 10 am. The matters to be considered at the AGM will be set forth in the notice of meeting and information circular to be provided to shareholders in advance. Shareholders of record as of June 21, 2011 will be entitled to vote their shares at the AGM.

Nautilus has today sent to shareholders its Annual Report and audited financial statements for the year ending December 31, 2010.
