Bancorp Canadian Realty Finance Corporation, announced that its name change was accepted by Toronto Stock Exchange on May 26, 2011 and will be effective at the opening of trading on May 30, 2011.

The Class A Shares; Preferred Shares, Series 1; and the Warrants will continue to trade under their existing symbols which are "RF.A", "RF.PR.A" and "RF.WT", respectively.

The new CUSIP numbers for the Corporation's Class A Shares; Preferred Shares, Series 1; and Warrants are 65651A102, 65651A201, and 65651A110, respectively.
