The Board has today appointed Mr. Mason Hills as a Non-Executive Director. Mr. Hills is a qualified lawyer and a partner of investment fund manager Resource Capital Funds ("RCF"). For the last two years, Mr. Hills has been an Alternate Non-Executive Director on the Bannerman Board for Mr. James McClements, the managing partner of RCF. Mr. Hills is also a director of Ausdrill Limited and Talison Lithium Limited.

Concurrent with Mr. Hills' appointment, Mr. McClements retires from the Bannerman Board following service as a Non-Executive Director since late 2008. The Board thanks Mr. McClements for his extremely valuable input over this time and welcomes the continued active involvement of Mr. Hills.
