NOTIFICATION OF MAJOR SHAREHOLDING
The company was notified today by BlackRock, Inc that, following a disposal of
voting rights, through a chain of controlled undertakings it now holds
indirectly voting rights in the company through ordinary shares and through
other financial instruments over 70,523,786 ordinary shares. This amounts to
4.9995% of the company's total voting rights.
