Caribbean Casino and Gaming Corp. Announces Meetings With International Boxing Federation


MIAMI, FL--(Marketwire - May 27, 2011) - Caribbean Casino and Gaming Corp. (PINKSHEETS: CGAQ) CEO Mr. Steven Swank is meeting with the President of the International Boxing Federation, top promoters, and managers for a title fight at a horse track venue in September or October. This meeting will be held June 17th and 18th in Tampa, FL; we have also invited the Dominican commissioners. We plan to televise this event to over 65,000,000 households, and we are looking to net $250,000 to $450,000 USD.

Mr. Steven Swank, CEO, stated, "This event will be one of the greatest and, without a doubt, the largest CGAQ has ever made.
