NATICK, MA and LOS ANGELES, CA--(Marketwire - May 31, 2011) - Interbit Data, Inc. (OTCBB: MMRF) (, the leading provider of Personal Health Records (PHRs) and electronic document management systems for consumers and healthcare professionals, announced today that they have formed a partnership to provide electronic personal healthcare records to a wider patient base.

The two companies will introduce their product offering at the 2011 International MUSE Conference in Nashville, Tenn. this week -- utilizing Interbit Data's NetDelivery application to deliver patient information into MMR's MMRPatientView ( and MyMedicalRecords Personal Health Record ( The PHR is a secure online service that enables patients to maintain all their medical records in one central location and access them anytime from anywhere over the Internet. Through the partnership, Interbit Data will begin augmenting its healthcare information systems (HIS) solutions portfolio by giving its customers the opportunity to offer PHRs to their patients.

Arthur Young, President of Interbit Data agreed, saying that "We are looking forward to helping hospitals further enhance their communications with their patient base and assisting them in achieving the goals of Meaningful Use."

The partnership between MMRGlobal and Interbit Data will allow more patients to gain greater control over their health and well-being and better prepare their families for an emergency while providing a revenue opportunity for providers.
