Victrix Announces the Appointment of Serge Beauchemin to its Board of Directors

MONTREAL, QUEBEC--(Marketwire - May 31, 2011) - Victrix, an integrated information technology services company, announced on May 24, at the meeting of its Board of Directors, the appointment of Mr. Serge Beauchemin, a well-known entrepreneur and President of the Créacor Group, as a member of its Board of Directors.

Victrix's choice of Serge Beauchemin was based on his business vision and the leadership qualities he has shown throughout his career in business. Indeed, he is the man behind the company 3-SOFT, one of Quebec's leading IT firms. During his many years at the helm of this company, he made the most of his talents, and in the space of four years he succeeded in making 3-SOFT the top software vendor in Quebec and third in Canada.
