Michael M. Carter
Michael M. Carter is Managing Director of The Musser Group, and co-founder and CEO of Entrepreneurs Management Group. There, Carter works with entrepreneurs to help finance, structure and build growth companies. Carter is also the founder and CEO of BizEquity, an online service that democratizes financial knowledge for small businesses across North and South America. Earlier in his career, Carter founded and was CEO of Dashboard Systems, which was acquired by CXO Systems (a Cisco Systems funded company). Prior to founding Dashboard Systems, Carter founded and was CEO of Ajunto, the first online marketplace for the IT Industry (later acquired by Web Services software leader, SOA Software). Carter was also Chief Marketing and Business Development Officer for US Interactive, where he helped take the company public. Carter began his career at Cambridge Technology Partners, working in a variety of leadership roles including consulting, business development and marketing. Carter holds a B.S. and M.S. from Saint Joseph's University. Carter serves on various boards including the board of The Musser Foundation and the Philadelphia Library technology board. He also serves on the board of the Arthur Ashe Youth Tennis and Education Center.

Crawford Del Prete
Crawford Del Prete is Executive Vice President, Worldwide Research for IDC's largest research organization. This includes IDC's Consulting, Enterprise Computing, Storage, Networking, Integration, Development and Application Software Strategies, Professional Services, Telecommunications, Personal Computing, Mobility, Consumer, Digital Marketplace and New Media, SMB, Vertical Markets and WW Tracker research practices. Del Prete is also responsible for IDC's Industry Insights Companies, which specifically target the needs of end users in six vertical segments. Del Prete is a leading authority on the IT industry and has completed extensive research on the structure and evolution of the information technology industry. Dr. Stephen Ferzoco
Dr. Stephen Ferzoco is a co-founder of Zenoco LLC, a company created to develop innovative mobile health solutions. Dr. Ferzoco received his undergraduate degree from Tufts University and graduated from Yale University School of Medicine. Dr. Ferzoco did his surgical training at Brigham and Women's Hospital in Boston, a Harvard Medical School affiliate. Dr. Ferzoco's interests include medical information technology with a particular focus on mobile medical health.

Michael Heffernan
Mike Heffernan is a co-founder of Mobiquity, in addition to a member of its Advisory Board. Heffernan spent nearly two decades at Citigroup, most recently as Head of Regional Sales - Institutional Equities for Citi Markets and Banking, the investment banking arm of Citigroup. During his tenure, Citi's seven regional sales offices were consistently recognized as Wall Street's top equity sales team. Heffernan has extensive experience in setting policy in Institutional Equities, Equity Research and Capital Markets and has worked with hundreds of companies across a broad spectrum of industries in crafting and executing their IPO, private placement, and secondary offerings. Earlier in his career, Heffernan served in a number of senior roles for Salomon Brothers, including Vice President of Institutional Equity Sales, head of the company's Boston Office and interim co-head of National Sales. Prior to Salomon Brothers, Heffernan headed the Boston office for NatWest Markets. He started his career with EF Hutton, where he held various positions in Institutional Sales and Trading. Heffernan is a graduate of Georgetown University and holds an MBA from NYU's Stern School of Business.

Shoshana Loeb, PhD.
Dr. Shoshana Loeb is a Chief Scientist and Group Director at Telcordia Technologies, where for the last six years she has been leading efforts focused on the creation of new technologies, products and services for next generation web and mobile apps and their enabling infrastructure with special considerations to the interplay between personalization and privacy. Earlier, Dr. Loeb was an Executive in Residence with Murex Investments, an early stage, double bottom line venture capital firm. Prior to that, Dr. Loeb was the founder and CEO of Elity Systems, now part of IBM, a company focused on real-time analytics and personalization. Prior to founding Elity, Dr. Loeb was Executive Director of the Internet/Information Technology department at Bell Communications Research (formerly Bell Labs). She holds an award winning Ph.D. in Applied Mathematics from The Weizmann Institute of Science in Rehovot, Israel, and was a Post-Doctoral Fellow in Artificial Intelligence at Yale University. Dr. Loeb also holds three granted U.S. patents and several pending patents in the area of wireless services and intelligent real time systems, authored more than 70 technical publications and appeared in media and industry events including in the NSF/NPR series on distinguished women in Science and Technology. Dr. Loeb is the co-author of the book, "The Fabric of Mobile Services" (Wiley, July 2009), and the author of "Web Personalization and Information Filtering," to be published by Springer in 2012.

John Pironti
John Pironti is President of IP Architects. Pironti has designed and implemented enterprise-wide electronic business solutions, information security and risk management strategy and programs, enterprise resiliency capabilities, and threat and vulnerability management solutions for key customers in a range of industries, including financial services, insurance, energy, government, hospitality, aerospace, healthcare, pharmaceuticals, media and entertainment, and information technology on a global scale.
