After the completion of the project implementation, expected to take 18 to 24 months, Tadas Sudnius will return back to his previous position of the member of the Bank’s Management Board.
It is planned that Vaineta Barevičiūtė, the head of the Bank’s Internal audit department, will replace Tadas Sudnius on the management board after the relevant permission from the Central Bank of the Republic of Lithuania is received.
Vaineta Barevičiūtė (born 1976) has been working in AB DnB NORD Bankas since 2003. She has lawyer’s qualifications from Vilnius University and holds a degree of master of management and business administration from ISM university.
Tadas Sudnius and Vaineta Barevičiūtė have no shares of AB DnB NORD Bankas.
