AS “Latvijas kuģniecība” on June 17, 2011 published its financial report for 3 months, 2011 and on June 16 – its audited annual report for the year 2010. Thus the circumstances that were the reason for trading AS “Latvijas kuģniecība” under surveillance have ceased to exist.
The company was under surveillance as of May 2, 2011 due to the failure of submission of the audited annual report 2010. The surveillance status was supplemented on June 1, 2011 when the company failed to submit its financial report for the first quarter of 2011.
