1. Société Générale S.A., Paris, France, has notified us pursuant to
section 21 (1) WpHG (German Securities Trading Act) that its percentage of
voting rights in Daimler AG fell below the threshold of 3 % on June 13,
2011 and amounts to 2.79 % (29,715,538  voting rights) as per this date. Of
these voting rights, 2.52 % (26,832,096 voting rights) are to be attributed
to Société Générale S.A. pursuant to section 22 (1) sentence 1 no. 6 in
connection with sentence 2 WpHG.

2. Lyxor Asset Management S.A., Paris, France, has notified us pursuant to
section 21 (1) WpHG (German Securities Trading Act) that its percentage of
voting rights in Daimler AG fell below the threshold of 3 % on June 13,
2011 and amounts to 2.52 % (26,832,096  voting rights) as per this date. Of
these voting rights, 2.52 % (26,832,096 voting rights) are to be attributed
to Lyxor Asset Management S.A. pursuant to section 22 (1) sentence 1 no. 6 
in connection with sentence 2 WpHG.

3. Lyxor International Asset Management S.A., Paris, France, has notified
us pursuant to section 21 (1) WpHG (German Securities Trading Act) that its
percentage of voting rights in Daimler AG fell below the threshold of 3 %
on June 13, 2011 and amounts to 2.52 % (26,832,096  voting rights) as per
this date. Of these voting rights, 2.52 % (26,832,096 voting rights) are to
be attributed to Lyxor International Asset Management S.A. pursuant to
section 22 (1) sentence 1 no. 6 WpHG.
