ATLANTA, GA--(Marketwire - Jun 21, 2011) - Vitrue, the leading social marketing platform, today announced the addition of veteran technology finance executive Catherine Chandler to the executive team as Chief Financial Officer. Chandler brings a wealth of international financial expertise and knowledge to Vitrue, notably a strong background with SaaS-based businesses, along with merger and acquisition experience, and she will play an integral part in continuing to grow the success of the company on a global scale. Chandler begins today with Vitrue and will report directly to Vitrue CEO & Founder Reggie Bradford.

Chandler joins Vitrue with more than 25 years of financial experience in leading and advising corporations on building profitable business operations, international expansion, and mergers and acquisitions. Prior to joining Vitrue, she served as the CFO of Liaison Technologies Inc., primarily a SaaS and professional services company, where she led the financial migration of the company from a start-up to a leader in the industry, as well as expanded operations abroad to grow the company's international presence. Before Liaison, Chandler directed the finance operations of a major division of Georgia-Pacific Corporation with over $2 billion in revenue. She also served as the Treasurer and Controller for Savannah Foods & Industries Inc., a public company with more than $1 billion in annual revenue. Chandler has her executive MBA in finance from Emory University's Goizueta School of Business and is a licensed CPA.
