us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares its
Voting Rights on RATIONAL AG, Landsberg a. Lech, Germany, have fallen below
the 3% threshold of the Voting Rights on June 16, 2011 and on that day
amounted to 2.9880% (this corresponds to 339732 Voting Rights).

The voting rights of 2.9880 % (339,732 voting rights) are attributed to
Royce & Associates, LLC pursuant to article 22 section 1 sent 1 No. 6 of
the WpHG.
