MEAG MUNICH ERGO AssetManagement GmbH, Munich, Germany, has informed us
that its share of voting rights in JENOPTIK AG has exceeded the thresholds
of 3% and 5% on June 16, 2011. MEAG MUNICH ERGO AssetManagement GmbH held
6.62% of the voting rights (3,790,528 shares) at this day.
6.62% of the voting rights (3,790,528 shares) were attributable to MEAG
MUNICH ERGO AssetManagement GmbH pursuant to § 22 para. 1 sent. 1 no. 6
WpHG in connection with § 22 para. 1 sent. 2 WpHG.
