Investeringsforeningen Sydinvest merger of the sub-funds Dannebrog Pension og Erhverv (continuing sub-fund) and Dannebrog Privat (discontinuing sub-fund), change of name of the continuing sub-fund and matching halt
At general meetings in the UCITS fund Investeringsforeningen Sydinvest it was decided to merge the sub-funds Dannebrog Pension og Erhverv (continuing) and Dannebrog Privat (discontinuing). The name of the continuing sub-fund will be changed to Sydinvest Dannebrog.
The changes will take effect on NASDAQ OMX Copenhagen as per 4 July 2011. Thus, the last day of trading is today 1 July 2011.
Please notice that the discontinuing sub-fund will be in matching halt today, 1 July 2011.
