informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that its voting
rights in Deutsche Wohnen AG, Frankfurt, Germany, ISIN: DE000A0HN5C6, have
fallen below the threshold of 5% on 24 June 2011 and as of such date amount
to 4.94% (this corresponds to 4,039,297 voting rights).

These 4.94% of the voting rights (this corresponds to 4,039,297 voting
rights) are to be attributed to the company according to Article 22,
Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 6 of the WpHG.
