The partnership brings together the acclaimed chefs and founders of New York's famous Blue Ribbon Restaurants, Eric and Bruce Bromberg, with the downtown Vancouver luxury hotel's own expert culinary team, to create the "Blue Ribbon Classics" menu, which is already available in five other leading Renaissance hotels across the nation.
This exclusive partnership between the Bromberg Brothers' Blue Ribbon Restaurants and Renaissance Hotels marks the first time the chefs will introduce their famous cuisine to patrons in Vancouver and Canada. The Vancouver hotel will celebrate the launch of this culinary menu through intimate chef's tastings and exclusive ticketed event with the Bromberg Brothers on July 28.
The Bromberg Brothers, known as the "Chefs to the Chefs" for their culinary excellence and chef clientele in their New York and Las Vegas restaurants, will serve up their admired Blue Ribbon Classic items at the Renaissance Vancouver. The downtown Vancouver restaurant's "Blue Ribbon Classics" menu will be comprised of 8 signature food items as well as two specialty cocktails that have been exclusively created for Renaissance Hotels.
