On July 5, 2011 Swisscanto Asset Management AG, Bern, Switzerland and
Swisscanto (LU) Portfolio Funds Management Company SA, Luxembourg,
Luxembourg, have informed us about the withdrawal of their voting rights
announcements made on June 29, 2011 (released on July 1, 2011) as agreed
with the Federal Financial Supervisory Authority BaFin ('Bundesanstalt für
Finanzdienstleistungsaufsicht'). Consequently, the releases of July 1, 2011
are taken back.
