Sustainable Energy Has Engaged the Former Director of SMA America to Aid in Accelerating Sales and Marketing Strategy in the US

TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwire - July 8, 2011) - Sustainable Energy Technologies Ltd (TSX VENTURE:STG) ("Sustainable Energy") is pleased to announce the retention of Mr. Sam Vanderhoof, a solar industry veteran, former director of SMA America and former VP Sales and marketing for Trace/Xantrex to assist Sustainable Energy in efficiently rolling out their sales and marketing strategy in the United States.

An industry veteran with more than 30 years in the US solar inverter industry Vanderhoof, former Director of SMA America, Inc, was integral in the development and execution of the SMA entry to the US market. He has also previously held the role of Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Trace/Xantrex Engineering.
