Grant of Archaeological Discharge Certificate

Toronto, Ontario, Canada - July 14, 2011: Gabriel Resources Ltd.

archaeological discharge certificate for the Carnic open pit at the
Company's Rosia Montana gold and silver project ("Project"), located in
