University of Wyoming Continues 23-Year Partnership With Paciolan

Sets New Record for Season Ticket Sales for Football and Achieves 75 Percent Increase in Online Donations

IRVINE, CA and LARAMIE, WY--(Marketwire - Jul 15, 2011) - Paciolan, the leading provider of ticketing, marketing, and fundraising solutions in college athletics, announced today that University of Wyoming (UW) will continue its 23-year partnership with the company for an eight-year term. Leveraging all of Paciolan's industry-leading solutions, including its online/print-at-home technologies, UW has set a new record of 10,000-plus for football season ticket sales, increased online ticket sales by 40 percent, and achieved a 75 percent increase in online donations. UW has been working with Paciolan since 1988.

"Paciolan has done a fantastic job for us and helped us surpass our goals," said Josh Rebholz, senior associate athletics director for University of Wyoming. "We benefit from Paciolan's expertise in working with schools of all sizes and are able to tap into industry best practices for our benefit. It's a complementary relationship that's helped us achieve significant milestones."

Using Paciolan's Fundraiser's Advantage solution to power donations for its Cowboy Joe Club, UW has been able to maximize its donor website services to increase online contributions. Over the past three years, UW has gone from 3,900 annual members that donate $1 million annually, to over 4,500 members that donate $4.2 million annually -- a 75 percent increase. The growth in donations helps the Cowboy Joe Club to support student athletic scholarships, and also support Wyoming Athletics. And, since Advantage also connects with the ticketing system, UW has been able to offer enhanced customer services to its season ticket holders and donors.

"By integrating and linking ticketing, fundraising and marketing, we're able to deliver the easiest and most convenient 24/7 service to our fans, while facilitating better communications amongst our various athletics departments, enabling us to sell more and increase revenues," continued Rebholz.

UW efficiently sells tickets in real-time to all fans via its branded, Wyoming Athletics ecommerce site. UW athletics has also adopted several ecommerce best practices that drive sales including an online up-sell process that features valuable ticket packages, as well as the ability to purchase seat backs with a season ticket order.

"We're proud to be working with University of Wyoming for the past 23 years," said Dave Butler, chief executive officer of Paciolan. "Helping UW set records and achieve significant success with its season and online ticket sales and fundraising efforts has been very exciting! We look forward to helping them develop new strategies and further growing their successful athletics initiatives."
