Enbridge Income Fund Holdings Inc. Announces Monthly Dividend

CALGARY, ALBERTA--(Marketwire - July 15, 2011) - Enbridge Income Fund Holdings Inc. (TSX:ENF) (the "Company") announced today that its Board of Directors (the "Board") has declared a cash dividend of $0.096 per common share ("Share") to be paid on August 15, 2011 to shareholders of record at the close of business on August 2, 2011. This dividend is designated an eligible dividend for Canadian tax purposes which qualifies for the enhanced dividend tax credit.

The Company had previously announced a change to its dividend payment frequency from quarterly to monthly. The August 15, 2011 dividend payment represents the first monthly dividend, following declaration by the Board of a second quarter dividend of $0.288 per Share paid July 15, 2011 to shareholders of record on June 30, 2011.

Eligible Shareholders may participate in the Company's Dividend Reinvestment Plan ("DRIP"), where they may elect, without brokerage fees, to automatically reinvest their monthly dividends in additional Shares.
