515600, have exceeded the 5% limit of the Voting Rights on July 12th 2011
and amounted on that day to 5.19% (this correspondens to 2 596 206 Voting
Rights).

These 5.19% Voting Rights (this corresponds to 2 596 206 Voting Rights)
have to be attributed to Mr. Antoine Dréan and are held by the following
companies controlled by Mr. Antoine Dréan:

France, informed us according to Articles 21 Section1; 22 Section 1
sentence 1 no. 1 WpHG that via shares the voting rights of Elevon Invest
SARL on Gigaset AG, Munich, ISIN DE 0005156004, WKN 515600, have exceeded
the 5% limit of the Voting Rights on July 12th 2011 and amounted on that
day to 5.19% (this correspondens to 2 596 206 Voting Rights).

These 5.19% Voting Rights (this corresponds to 2 596 206 Voting Rights)
have to be attributed to Elevon Invest SARL and are held by the following
companies controlled by Elevon Invest SARL:

0005156004, WKN 515600, have exceeded the 5% limit of the Voting Rights on
