IPO of Adler Modemärkte AG: Greenshoe option partially exercised 

Haibach, July 21, 2011 - Adler Modemärkte AG (WKN A1H8MU, ISIN
DE000A1H8MU2) has been informed today by Crédit Agricole Corporate and
Investment Bank, that today Crédit Agricole Corporate and Investment Bank
as stabilization manager for the IPO of Adler Modemärkte AG has partially
exercised the Greenshoe option, which was granted in the IPO in its own
name and its own account. 699,553 shares out of the 1,044,940 available
greenshoe shares have actually been exercised. The shares required to
redeem the securities loan on which the overallotment was based are
provided by the selling shareholder Cheverny Investments Limited. The free
float after the partial exercise of the Greenshoe option equals
approximately 58.4 per cent.

Shares in Adler Modemärkte AG are traded in the Prime Standard segment of
the Frankfurt Stock Exchange under the ticker symbol 'ADD'
