Nexia's Redline Signs Contract for Foreign Distribution Rights to the Feature Length Film: "The Virgin and the Warrior"

SALT LAKE CITY, UT--(Marketwire - Jul 26, 2011) - Nexia Holdings, Inc.'s (PINKSHEETS: NXHD) subsidiary, Redline Entertainment, announces that it has signed an exclusive Sales Agency Agreement with Dragon Film II, LLC to sell the worldwide rights for the film currently entitled "The Virgin and the Warrior." This agreement is a direct result of the work done on the previous film completed by some of the same producers of the film "Dawn of the Dragon Slayer," which is also under contract with Redline. Several contracts for distribution are pending signature for foreign territories.

The Sales Agency Agreement represents Redline's sixth film that it has under contract in its first year of operation. The other movies include: "Dawn of the Dragon Slayer," "The Kane Files," "Dr. Limptooth," "Love and Mary," and "Pirates of the Great Salt Lake." Redline will continue its efforts at upcoming markets, festivals, and with worldwide distribution companies to contract for the best distribution possible for the films it is currently marketing. If Redline can market and license multiple films, it should produce multiple steady revenue streams.
