On July 27, 2011, BNP Paribas, Paris, France has informed us according to
Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares its Voting Rights on
Conergy AG, Hamburg, Deutschland, have exceeded the 3% and 5% threshold of
the Voting Rights on July 21, 2011 and on that day amounted to 6.73% (this
corresponds to 10757342 Voting Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 1 of the WpHG, 6.73% of
the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 10757342 Voting Rights) is to be
attributed to the company  via Fortis Bank SA/NV.
