Sertinos Cafe Opening in Smithtown, New York

SMITHTOWN, NY--(Marketwire - Aug 4, 2011) - Sertinos Cafe (Sertinos), a fast-casual, specialty restaurant known for high-quality ingredients, hospitality and ambiance, will open the first Sertinos in New York on Saturday, August 13 at 133 W Main Street, a site which has been a Sizzler for nearly 40 years.

"I chose to open a Sertinos in Smithtown because I think the community needs a family-oriented restaurant that can also be a gathering place," said Craig Lowenthal, long-time Long Island resident and Sertinos owner/operator. The Smithtown Sertinos will be giving away over 500 gift cards worth $20 each during the two-day Grand Opening Event on Saturday, August 13 and Sunday, August 14. Loyal Sertinos customers will have the opportunity to join a member rewards program which offers ten percent cash back on every purchase as well as an additional three percent of sales which the company will donate to local non-profit organizations. The Smithtown Sertinos will employ several full-time employees as well as over 30 part-time employees.

This local franchise of Sertinos will open at 5:45 a.m. during the week to serve local residents and business people during prime commuting hours. Sertinos will close at 10:00 p.m. Sunday through Thursday, but will stay open until 11:30 p.m. on Fridays and Saturdays.
