The strategic alliance will make fabrication services more widely available and cost-effective for Western U.S. customers.

Securing shop drawings and custom fabrication services all in one place will save customers the time and money of having to secure these services on their own. Jim Crowley, Owner of Crowley Builders, explains, "We will create panel layout drawings and coordinate the engineering. These drawings are used as step-by-step instructions for both the fabrication of the panels and the assembly in the field. During this planning phase, it can be determined where cutoffs from one panel can be utilized to serve as headers or filler panels elsewhere. This eliminates waste and saves money."
The custom fabrication, cutting the panels to size, including windows and door openings and gable ends, will be matched precisely to the design. To ensure speedy installation, the panels will be numbered to coordinate with the drawings. From design drawings, engineering coordination, fabrication and installation this alliance will ensure ACH Foam's customers receive the best possible services.
R-Control Structural Insulated Panels (SIPs) are approved for seismic zones D, E and F construction by the NTA. Only a few SIP manufacturers are approved for seismic construction, making SIPs much more appealing to those located in California, Oregon, Washington and Nevada.
