The business manufactures air handling systems including automation, which complements Recair’s existing product range well.
The air handling business will be a part of Recair Oy, which is part of Indutrade’s Engineering & Equipment business area. The acquisition is expected to have a marginally positive impact on Indutrade’s earnings per share.
