with Service Provider for the Polish Market

Rishon LeZion, Israel (August 15, 2011) - Electronics Line 3000 Ltd. ('EL'
or 'the Company') (XETRA: ELN), a global provider of wireless security with
remote management solutions, announces that the Company has entered into a
distribution agreement with a leading central monitoring station service
provider ('CMS') in Poland. The agreement covers the distribution of the
Company's innovative wireless security, safety, connectivity and control
systems such as the iConnect and CommPact solutions and appendent
peripheral products. The new partner thus becomes the authorized
distributor of the Company's two-way wireless 'iConnect' system for the
residential and small commercial market in Poland. The initial volume of
orders from the new CMS will amount to ca. US$ 2.2m until the end of 2013.
