Entourage Metals Samples 734 g/t and 150 g/t Au at Black Raven Property, Hemlo Region, Ontario

VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwire - Aug. 17, 2011) - Entourage Metals Ltd. (TSX VENTURE:EMT) (the "Company") is pleased to announce that initial sampling results from the surface exploration at the Black Raven gold property have been received. The 2011 program already in progress consists of reconnaissance level prospecting, geological mapping and soil geochemical surveys.

The objective of this summer's program is to increase the geological understanding of the Black Raven property in anticipation of trenching and drilling in the fall of 2011, and to identify new mineral occurrences through a soil sampling program. Black Raven is located in the North Arm of the Hemlo Greenstone belt in Northern Ontario.

Exploration crews are currently completing reconnaissance soil sampling and select grab and channel sampling on known occurrences to confirm the grades of historic sampling on the property revealed during our due diligence. At the Super G Prospect, two grab samples of quartz vein material commonly with visible gold were collected over the prospect in an area of limited surface outcrop which returned 734 g/t Au and 150 g/t Au. These insitu samples are 11 meters apart along strike. A series of channel samples were conducted to evaluate the gold grades Along the Super G structure.

Five channel samples were collected and analyzed; with grades ranging from 4.84 g/t to 0.08 g/t Au over an average 1.0 meter thickness of the vein and surrounding mineralized area. The Super G Prospect is a quartz vein in a mafic hosted shear zone.

In addition, reconnaissance outcrop sampling and boulder sampling is continuing on the property. Limited results have shown anomalous gold in the area. This sampling is to confirm the presence of gold in and around the Beggs Lake Stock and the source of the historical high grade boulders previously reported (See EMT 2011 -NR #3, March 24, 2011).

Entourage Metals plans additional work once the results from the soil sampling are returned to delineate additional targets that might be the source of the historical high-grade boulders.

The 2011 exploration program is under the supervision of both John Labrecque, P.Geo, Senior Geologist and John C. Florek, P.Geo, Vice-President Exploration for Entourage Metals. Mr. Labrecque and Mr. Florek are Qualified Person as defined by NI 43-101. Mr. Florek prepared and approved the information contained in this release.

Additionally, Entourage's Phase 1 diamond drilling program is underway at Toothpick West property in the Hemlo Region of Ontario. Two holes totaling 1,232 meters have been completed. A third hole with a planned depth of 1,200 meters is near completion. Results will be posted once the Phase 1 program is completed and all assays have been returned. A 5,000 meter drill program will commence this fall at the Rous Lake property, 8 km from Hemlo Mines.

Entourage Metals has active mineral projects in the Hemlo Greenstone Belt. Plans for the 2011 field season include up to 10,000 meters of diamond drilling totaling $3.3 million in exploration.
