Dundee International REIT August 2011 Monthly Distribution

TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwire - Aug. 17, 2011) - DUNDEE INTERNATIONAL REIT (TSX:DI.UN) announced today its first cash distribution in the amount of $0.06237 per Unit for the period August 3rd to August 31st, 2011. The August distribution will be payable on September 15, 2011 to unitholders of record as at August 31, 2011.
