Reitir II ehf. posted a ISK 572 million loss in the six months ended on 30 June 2011 compared with a loss of ISK 375 million in the same period in the previous year. The Company‘s net operating profit amounted to ISK 530 million compared with 566 million during the same period in 2010.
The outlook for the latter half of the year are decent but it is expected that financial cost will impair the annual result significantly while inflation is high.

- Total assets amounted to ISK 21,194 million on 30 June 2010, a small increase from year-end 2010.
- Total equity amounted to ISK 2,649 million at the same time.
- Revenues for the six month period amounted to ISK 776 million compared with revenues of ISK 806 million during the same period in the previous year.
